I am New York State Licensed and insured, to conduct home inspections License # 16000011510 and was Certified with the Standard Code of Ethics by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and presently certified and a current member in good standing with National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), and the American Society of Home Inspectorsd (ASHI), as well as a lifetime member of the Handy Man Club of America, which ensures that each and every inspection is done thoroughly and in accordance and with the strict New York State standards of practice and code of ethics of the industry. I am experienced (over 6,100 inspections performed to date). I am certified and qualified for FHA/VA inspections and presently donate my time to educate 1st time home buyers on a regular basis for the Neighborhood Housing Services of Staten Island (NHS), and have been since 2004 . I have certification for green building inspecting, and I also specialize in evaluating and trouble-shooting the repairs and re-designing of older homes by using techniques with a vast experience in identifying problems unique to new and older homes. I am also a Licensed Pesticide Technician by the State of New York Dept of Environmental Conservation (DEC Exterminating) License #C2869088, and certified in EIFS siding installation.
Part of our services is to offer our clients free phone consultation for as long as you own the home after our inspection. We also include checking the home in the readily acessible and exposed areas for evidence of termites, and possibly damage as part of our inspections and provide Radon testing upon request and priced accordingly.
