I am experienced (over 1,900 inspections performed to date), and also certified by the Inspection Training Associates (ITA), considered by many as the best inspection training school in the country. I am certified and qualified for FHA/VA inspections and presently donate my time to educate 1st time home buyers on a regular basis for the Neighborhood Housing Services of Staten Island, and have been for the past 4 years. I also specialize in evaluating and trouble-shooting the repairs and re-designing of older homes by using the latest equipment and most effective techniques with a vast experience in identifying problems unique to new and older homes. I am also a Licensed Pesticide Technician by the State of New York Dept of Environmental Conservation (DEC Exterminating) License #2869088, and certified in EIFS siding installation.
